We will fill the hot tub while onsite for you. We either need access to an outdoor tap or use of a nearby sink tap so we can fit one of our adapters on it and fill it with warm water. Please note that depending on the size of the hot tub ordered, the temperature of the water and the time of year, it can take up to 20 hours for the water to reach the desired temperature. Therefore, wherever possible we always recommend using the indoor sink method as it allows you to use the hot tub a lot sooner.

Our hot tubs can reach a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. You can easily adjust the temperature lower if you prefer.

Setup typically takes about 30 minutes. Filling the hot tub with water can take between 1 to 3 hours, depending on your home's water pressure.

You will need to provide a level surface approximately 2.5m x 2.5m and access to an electrical outlet. We will supply any necessary extension leads.

We will deliver the hot tub on the Friday or Tuesday you select. We will contact you to arrange a time, for delivery, in the days leading up to your hire.

The hot tub will maintain a comfortable temperature for approximately 3-4 hours during use, depending on the ambient temperature. While the heater runs continuously, heat loss during use can exceed the heating rate.

Since our hot tubs are inflatable, they are very flexible and can be set up in almost any location. We bring the deflated tub to your desired spot and inflate it there. We can even carry the equipment through your house if necessary.

You can book for as long as you want, so long as delivery and collection is on a Friday or Tuesday.

Don't worry we have water pumps to empty the water away without flooding your garden. Please discuss with us if you don't have drainage near to where the Hot Tub is going and we will sort something out for you.

Based on our calculations, the average cost to fill the hot tub with water is slightly over £3, and the electricity cost for 24 hours of operation is around £2.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking at least two weeks before your scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the booking date will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

We do not require a damage deposit upfront. However, by agreeing to our terms and conditions when booking, you acknowledge that you will be liable for repair costs up to £500 if the hot tub or equipment is damaged during your hire.

Bookings are made easily through our online system. Simply select your desired dates, enter your details, and secure your booking with a £20 deposit. The remaining balance is payable via cash or bank transfer upon delivery.

Enjoying a hot tub in the rain can be a wonderful experience! All our equipment is waterproof, so rain will not affect its operation.
