A long weekend hire runs Friday to Tuesday — perfect if you want the tub for a full weekend of use. A midweek hire runs Tuesday to Friday and is the cheaper option if you're after a quieter, more relaxed stretch.

What's Actually Included in the Price

This is where a lot of hire companies catch people out with add-on fees. With Bubble Bliss Hire, your price includes:

• Delivery and collection

• Full setup and inflation on site

• All chemicals and filters needed to keep the water clean for your whole hire

• A thorough clean and disinfection before it arrives at your door

You won't be asked to buy your own chlorine or filters partway through the hire — it's all sorted before the tub even reaches your garden.

The Hidden Costs Most People Forget About

Beyond the hire price itself, there are three small running costs worth budgeting for:

Filling the tub with water. Based on average UK water rates, filling a hot tub costs a little over £3. If you can use an indoor tap to fill it with warm water, it'll also heat up much faster than filling cold from an outdoor tap — worth asking your host or landlord in advance if that's an option.

Electricity to run it. Running the heater and pump for a full 24 hours costs around £2. Over a long weekend, you're realistically looking at £6–8 total in electricity — a small price for a private hot tub on tap.

The booking deposit. A £20 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance paid in cash or by bank transfer on delivery. If your plans change, cancellations made two or more weeks before your hire date get a full deposit refund; inside two weeks, the deposit isn't refundable, so it's worth locking in your date once you're confident.

Is There a Damage Deposit?

No upfront damage deposit is required. However, when you book, you're agreeing to cover repair costs up to £500 if the hot tub or equipment is damaged during your hire — so it's worth keeping an eye on things, especially if kids or a few extra drinks are involved.
